| While I was working on our schedule of events, the Spirit of The Lord spoke to me. Good thing I am crazy enough to have enough sense to be obedient. That being said here is what I am asking you all to do. Join us for Bible Study each Wednesday night (7pm) for our upcoming series on the book of Joel. (Click here for the Bible Study Outline or visit our website's library.) This study is intended to help us with our spiritual growth. Then I am asking you all to join me yet again to Sunday School each Sunday morning (9 A.M.). The Men's class is absolutely amazing, each week we have great discussion, which opens up avenues to things we may have never seen. I look forward to seeing ALL of you out for these AMAZING EVENTS!!! | ||

Minister Dexter Shelby |
Minister Dexter H. Shelby was born and in Clinton, Ms, there he attended St. Mark M. B. Church, where the pastor is Willis Washington, Jr. Dexter always seemed to find himself as a leader of almost every organization that he was involved in. Totally unaware of knowing that God was training him for a much greater role... the ministry. Minister Dexter was called by God into the Pastor/Teacher role of the ministry and licensed to preach The Gospel on September 21, 2008. He is currently in his Junior year in the pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, with a focus on "Family" and "Christian Leadership" (Belhaven University). Minister Dexter has also been certified as a missions instructor by the Perspective on World Christian Movement Organization. Minister Dexter believes that by training and educating men with a true knowledge of what and where God says a man should be, according to His Word that we could change our families, communities, and even impact the lives of those who will follow us. One of his main goals for The Park is to provide that training for men through support from Pastor Dial and the vision that God has given him. He believes that with God's help the men of The Park can become an IMPACTful FORCE for their families, communities, and later the men of wherever God may direct their paths. |
